I need some advice on this stock pictured below. It is a romanian recoil absorbing stock. My question is this since this stock has an internal buffer that helps absorb felt recoil can it still be consided a fixed stock and CA compliant? Or is this do you think this would be considered a collapsable stock. I would be using it in a featureless configuration with a monster man grip.

I think your OK with that stock for a featureless build. Your gonna have to keep track of your parts count for 922r compliance, that stock is foreign.

I have the same stock on one of my rifles with a MMG. It cannot be considered a collapsible since it cannot be temporarily or permanently collapsed to reduce the rifle's OAL.
