Well finally all my parts and tools came in. This is my first upper build. Very happy with the outcome, hopefully she shoots as well as she looks.

Does the Larue mount cause any problems with co-witnessing?

The Larue mount is for a lower 1/3 cowitness.

I haven't weighed it since the weight doesn't concern me. Also not having a scale is a good reason too. It's not that bad though.

I built it with blood and sweat, literally. My garage was hot last night, and I pinched my finger with a punch.:eek:

Very nice build. The only thing I would have done different is go with a Magpul trigger guard.

I actually have the Magpul Miad Full Kit that comes with the trigger guard. I didn't install it because I didn't like the fact that it's plastic.

I agree Prc329, it will happen. Good eye.;)

Well I live in the desert, and it is hot as hell down here, it was 103 degrees today. Your delirious Joel from being overworked. Man 16 hrs.? Have an ice cold beer.:cheers2:

Very nice! Never seen a MUR like that though with the angled top part on the forward assist. Must be the new version, but I like it.
