WTS Ohio Ordnance Works (OOW) 100% AK receiver $75
PPT in San Diego or near. Will not ship, because it wouldnt be worth it for either party

Alumahyde Grey Coated

1-Correctly heat treated to withstand many years of use. No one ever has a problem with OOW receivers not being heat treated correctly, unlike some other brands that have had hit/miss heat treating standards.

2-Thicker/Heavier receiver. OOW makes these from .050" thick alloy, rather than .040", which makes it 20% stronger just based on that alone. Yet this additional thickness does not cause any extra work or trouble when doing the build.

3-Quality/name recognition- many custom AK gunsmiths will not use some of the other brands of AK receivers in their builds- but all of them use OOW receivers on a consistent basis. It is a proven receiver with plenty of manufacturers using it for their builds.

As seen her, but alumahyde grey coated

Is there any issue with this receiver using a Yugo parts kit?

Yugo folder, no way! Most other Yugos, no way either, because they have a bulged trunnion. If it's a non-bulged yugo, it's possible, but probably not worth the work. Just get a proper Yugo receiver from NoDakSpud.
