Mostly all of the counties way south like Riverside, S.B. and those up way North are pro gun. You probably won't get much beef, but then again it depends in the area you live in. What part of Riverside?

As for the outdoor range. I have no idea, but I think it is a long tideous process if you wish it so.

yes, it will depend where you are, riverside county has shooting and non-shooting zones, etc.

Ordinance 514 (http://www.clerkoftheboard.co.riverside.ca.us/ords/500/514.htm)

I might be able to help you more with more specifics

regarding aguanga, as long as you are east of sage road and north of the 79 you may shoot outdoors on your own land without incident.

all of anza is clear.

you will still want to call the county planning department to make sure they think it's OK. you will also want to think about future incorporation, and what effect that might have on you. aguanga is not far from temecula, which has exploded in population and is now facing anti-growth pressure from those who have already moved there. Aguanga may not be far down the road. That's good for property values, but that might suck if they shut your range down and you had better believe they can. Just an FYI.
