Question on the handgun safety cert.

I've been reading a lil, but am just as confused
as always. I haven't bought any sidearms since
early 2000. I own a few. Now do I or don't I have
to have one of these goofy BFSCerts if I just
want to go shooting ? I don't know and am not
having much luck in figuering this out.

The answer is ..... NO. You only need a cert. if you want to buy a handgun. Only good for 5 years too! Test is simple, only common sense.
