BUYER BACKED OUT. MOVED TO NEW THREAD

Yup. I'm selling the first gun I ever purchased. And I shot like... 30 rounds through her before i picked up a PSL (lol). Anyway, i haven't used it since, but i've kept it clean and in a case with a load of dessicant.

Asking BUYER BACKED OUT. Buyer pays all transfer fees.

EDIT: sorry. location. I'm in San Jose/Santa Clara/Sunnyvale/Cupertino. PPT at Roger's Relics, Irvington Arms, or your choice of San Jose area gun store.

- caliber: 7.62x39
- firing pin's been professionally modified by Kivaari (does a lot of SKS work). Firing pin is no longer free-floating, but held in rear position via a spring. That means this SKS will NEVER slam fire.
- comes with 20 stripper clips
- stock refinished in dark brown with glossy varnish
- magazine was rusty, so I scrubbed it clean and Duracoated it in semi-gloss black
- barrel seems like it's in good condition. It passes the bullet test fine (see picture).

Nice rifle. If this is still available when I get back to Sunnyvale on Monday, I might be interested.

Negative, sir. Only the Russian SKS's are C&R. Yugo M59's were produced up until the mid 1960's, whereafter they were replaced with the M59/66.

No problem, I'll be in touch if it is.

And if any buyer wants me to do a polish job on the bolt carrier, just let me know. I'll do it for free... it'd take no more than 15 minutes, anyhow.

The Yugo M59 and M59/66 rifles ARE C&R. They are specifically listed as C&R firearms by ATF.

Yugoslavian manufactured rifles M59 and M59/66, 7.62 x 39 mm caliber, all semiautomatic variations
and having a fixed magazine, manufactured from 1947-1992.

Now, even though they are C&R, they are less than 50-years old, so they can't be cash-and-carried in CA.
