Lightweight, thin, compact, and reliable. Those are good qualities for a carry pistol.

Here is my bone-stock Kahr K9 Elite 2003 with night sights, which is the same thing, but chambered in 9mm and the Elite 2003 version:

In many ways, it may be Kahr's best pistol. If you prefer something larger than 9mm, I am very fond of the P45:

In any case, they're excellent pistols.

I love Kahrs. Huge fan. Very well made and thin. I just wish they didn't cost so much.

Think stainless steel Glock but about the width of a PPK/S and the trigger pull of a Para LDA.

IMO, they are excellent pistols.

Awesome guns.

Kahr K40 would be my carry choice.

Only thing I don't like is that rounds pop out of the magazines if not kept in a pouch of some time. No mag pocket carry!

All I can tell you is that they aren’t cheap new and they’re hard to find used. Been keeping an eye out for a used PM9.

i picked up a MK9 last year. smooth trigger. pretty damn accurate as well for a 3" barrel. it's a piece i don't think think i'll ever part with.

I've got an AWESOME little K40 Elite '03 that I've been carrying for somethng like 4 years now. Great gun.

Search for it on here, and you'll find a review I wrote on it. Fairly detailed, and in the early days of my carrying experience so a few of my opinions have changed, but you'll get the idea.

Awesome gun. Highly recommended. I got mine for something like 550 back then...and its gone WAY up in value since then.

Kahr PM 9...
The only thing my wife carries when she needs an extra gun...(normally carries and XD 45 Tactical)... or when the XD makes her look fat...then it's the Kahr in a belly band....
excellent gun... once the break in has been achieved it is very reliable...

I've got a PM9, and it's my favorite sub-compact by a long shot. I like it better than the P3AT, XD9 sub, S&W 642, and all the other stuff that's not really light enough to compete, like the PPK/S.

Mine's accurate, light, compact and flat, manageable recoil - what's not to like?

I love my Kahr P9...was miserable at first with the long trigger pull, but when I got used to it it's been way lot of fun to shoot it. Nothing else to complain about, it eats everything I feed it so far...I'll keep it!
