Make: SAS
Model: XM11
Caliber: 9mm

RARE OPTIONS YOU HAVE WITH THIS HANDGUN LOWER RECEIVER
1. It is a handgun and not an assault weapon.
2. Never been built nor fired.
3. Kept in original condition which makes it more desirable than a fully reconditioned one. You have the choice of keeping it original or building it to a fully reconditioned state under your quality control.
4. Caliber is 9mm.
5. This rare piece will probably never see the open market again.
6. Only 15 were made and I know of 3 that were legally registered in California. One of which is
this one and the second one is also pictured in the background.
7. This lower is registered as a handgun. No other parts are included in this sale. This sale is for the lower only.
8. On the internet, I've seen complete parts kits (minus the lower)
from $200 - $500 to fully build and fire this weapon.

HISTORY
This lower was part of a group purchase back in the early 90's in which myself and my friend purchased one each. As you can see from the picture, my lower ended up in my closet and in the background is my friend's built one. I pictured my friends fully built one as an example of a legal handgun as its barrel has a welded thread protector classifying it as a handgun and not an assault weapon.

RESTRICTIONS
1. Buyer must meet all requirements necessary to own a handgun in California.
2. Before taking possession, a legal transfer must take place with a FFL dealer.
3. Will not ship.
4. Buyer to pay for all transfer fees.
5. Must be a FTF PPT in Southern California.
6. When building this handgun, please be sure to follow all state and federal laws to be compliant for ownership.

May consider driving to your location in Southern California.

I'm located in Los Angeles and willing to meet you half way at a FFL for a transfer. Don't understand some of the posts as this is legit and definitely will follow all laws and regulations regarding transferring this weapon.

This sale is for the lower receiver. In the picture, its the one on top. The bottom is another one that is not for sale but you can build this one just like it. Both lower receivers are the same make and model.
