Calgunners,

As you know, these public outreach efforts are completely organized, manned and produced with in-house volunteer contributions and donations. We have some tremendous opportunities to further public awareness of Calguns and its core message of firearms education and 2A activism... but we need your help to make them a reality! I would ask that you take a moment to consider how you can get involved and post it here.

This thread in intended to be a resource pool (database, of sorts) from which we and the local event organizers can draw upon when opportunities and needs arise.

We're always looking for:

* Local Event Coordinators
* Event Staff Volunteers
* Informational Brochure Production/Graphics Design
* Printing Services
* Booth/Event Supplies, etc.

Please feel free to PM me with any questions or contact info you're not comfortable sharing here; I would ask that you post some generic info here as well so we can see who's volunteering and in what locale.

Thanks for your support!

I run the SD office of my families overnight courier company, I may be able to lend our services for legal document shipping needs of the CGN executives. If there is any need/interest let me know and I can see what can be done. We service ALL of CA, AZ, and NV via 9 offices and 400+ employees.

On a personal level I am available to help out in the SD area. My schedule is very flexible so I can accommodate most schedules if need be. I specialize in sales...and heavy lifting. ;)

I just worked the Ontario show today (Sunday) and signed up to work the Ontario one in Oct.

My talent, if one can call it that, lies in being able to communicate with people. I can usually get their attention quickly and go from there (no, I don't pepper spray them and cuff them to the table.;))

I had a good time speaking with all of the people who came to the booth today, explaining the Calguns forum, what the Foundation has done and what they are continuing to do for gun owners in this state.

I doubt you guys need much networking/information security. I set up bulk mailing systems, too, though (10-20mln messages per day, smaller ones, too. Just need a server and a pipe, the size of each depends on the volume).

I can write pretty well and fast, as well.

I thought I already posted something in one of these, but here it goes. I have hours of my life, that i can give to hold up a sign, to talk and educate people, etc. I manned the Costa Mesa Booth, back in August?? Also, in the not so distant future, I am going to invest in a silk screener, to make t shirts. Maybe i can help out with that.

I'm a great people person and have been told I have an engaging smile! :D so any events in the IE I can help with, probably just volunteer staffing and such as most of my formal education is in physical education and exercise. Also if any central coast calgunners want to do something I will very willingly drive home for the weekend to help with something.

I know OC is having a gun show soon and if I'm not mistaken CalGuns will be there to represent!? Anyway,I have not special skills to help like so many have posted so far,but I am willing to volunteer even it means doing the ****work. Too me as long as I get to meet other fellow CalGuns members an help out for out cause! PM me to see what we can work out. BTW,I don't have a polo.

P.S. I work in the hospitality business so I am pretty much adept to working with people

Oh,can we take our guns or something? I thought I heard that somewhere?
