Just registered and thought I'd introduce myself. My first name is Tim and I'm a retired FLEO. Before anyone asks, my screen name BEREMGLO is reflective of my toys, BERsa-REMington-GLOck. I'm in the San Diego area, active in car clubs, married to a good conservative woman, no kids and have enjoyed lurking on the site until I finally got off my old butt and desided to register this morning.

I have a Bersa Thunder 380, Remington 870 and a Glock 17. I fall into the 50 or over age group.

Welcome, and thank you for your service.

Over 50? good to have another person on the board that can remember when this was a free country.

Are you kidding? If I wasn't a noob here, I'd jump up on my soapbox and tell you how I REALLY think! LOL

Sometimes, I feel like my generation is the last REAL generation of Americans. I used to think "Don't trust anyone over 30". Now it's "Don't trust anyone younger than me!" Ha

I do have to hand it to the new POTUS, he has spurred excellent gun sales! My local gun dealer just loves what he's done for sales!

From one noob to another and Ret LEO to another welcome... I am also from the San Diego area. Do you ever go to Iron sights in Oceanside?

Been busy at work and haven't been on lately (silly noob!) but thought I'd let ya'll know I finally picked up my Saiga 7.62x39 today. Sweet rifle. Trigger pull is stiff but I'll have to get used to it. Love that Russian owner's manual too! LOL
