copied from NRAs website-if you get the oprotunity to, call!

This bipartisan reform legislation is the culmination of efforts to address BATFE abuses and problems that were highlighted in several congressional oversight hearings in 2006. (To read more about these hearings, please click here.) S. 941 represents NRA-ILA's latest efforts to pass legislation that will make it easier for lawful gun owners and dealers to comply with federal law and regulations, while ensuring that those who break the law are punished accordingly. This bipartisan bill also serves as a vital step toward modernizing and improving BATFE's overall operations. The bill would roll back unnecessary restrictions, correct errors, and codify longstanding congressional policies in the firearms arena, and is a vital step needed to modernize and improve BATFE operations.

A fact sheet on S. 941 can be found here. The House companion to S. 941 will be introduced next week.
Please be sure to contact your two U.S. Senators and ask them to cosponsor and support S. 941! You can call your U.S. Senators at (202) 224-3121.e

Lets take it a step further and just abolish that obscene, good for nothing department. They've closed down and revoked FFLs from perfectly law abiding store owners due to having some minor paperwork issues. They've used their non existent mandate to wreak havoc and cause financial grief to numerous citizens across this nation.

Just the sight of them makes me queasy and want to vomit.

To take out the old joke and dust it off:

They should re-vamp it by turning it into a convenience store!

"The Same BATF you've always loved, now with E!"

They should at very least shorten the letterhead by renaming it the Bureau of Fun.
