Keep them!

Agree 100%.

If things keep going like they are, you can always sell them for twice the price next year, you would have got for them today!

you can't sell them but you can take them apart and sell the "parts"

Sell as assembled unit = crime to non-leo in this state...
Sell disassembled (but all parts sold as one lot) = legal...

Semantics, yes. Keep you from possibly being prosecuted, yes.

I would keep the high cap mags. I recently found some of my glock 30 round mags and wouldn't sell it for anything! Just gives you an excuse to buy another gun! haha

Only to different people who don't know each other. And who live at least 250 miles apart. And not on the same day......:dots::fud:

even if they are p.berretta marked they are only worth about $25 each

yet having them in california to me would be worth buying a 92fs

But per above, *he* is not exempt from the law as far as being able to sell them as complete mags. He would have to disassemble them first before he could sell these parts. Sell as a complete mag, hicap, and he's in trouble. Don't do it.
