Hi Fellow calgunners:

Our new Attorney General has already said this is one of his major issues.

This takes literally 2 clicks to complete.

Please vote on this gun issue question with USA Today. It will only take a few seconds of your time. Then pass the link on to all the pro gun folks you know. Hopefully these results will be published later this month.

This upcoming year will become critical for gun owners with the Supreme Court accepting the District of Columbia case against the right for individuals to bear arms.

First - vote on this one. Second - launch it to other folks and have THEM vote - then we will see if the results get published. Vote in the USA Today poll - click on the link below. The Question is: Does the Second Amendment give individuals the right to bear arms? Vote here: Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the Socialist Progressive mindset thats like over 2 million fools voting to bring back Jim Crow and having a new Bull Conner make sure it is not halted !:)

One thing really gets my goat about the wording on that poll.
"the second amendment gives the right" is WRONG! GOD gives us the right, the second amendment garrentees that congress cannot take that right away.
It takes on a whole new meaning if worded properly.
Perhaps if it were corrected more often, there would be less to argue about.

Ok, I think we're quibbling over details. My point still stands that the 2nd amendment doesn't grant anything, it prevents congress from denying our rights. Agreed?

The Question is: Does the Second Amendment give individuals the right to bear arms?

The correct answer is no, we are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights.
However, "the God of nature" is also in the DOI I believe.

yes. but just trying to be inclusive and non specific. like assuming all gunowners own more than one gun or somethin'
