Question about selling Grendel P-30

Hi Everyone,

I've pretty much been able to determine, from reading several threads, that it's legal for me to own my Grendel P-30 pistol and four 30-round magazines, which I bought in 1992.

What I want to know is, is it legal for me to sell this gun through the Internet as long as it ships to a state where 30-round mags are legal to currently buy and sell? Thanks.

Yes.

You can even sell it in CA via PPT, but not with the magazines.
For CA, you'll have to dissassemble the magazines and sell them as parts.

Plus you could always alter the magazines to only accept 10 rounds.
