I've got some of the agriculture scare device builders kits and a whole ton of the plastic empty hulls. Atlas shipped pretty quickly too.

These guys have the plastic (primed) hulls too, but their price is a little higher:

Also, make friends with your local SWAT guy :) They throw away 37mm aluminum casings all the time. If you get the 209 primed ones, they are easily reloadable.

Check out your local harbor freight and pick up one of these the next time they are on sale:

Makes reloading much easier.

Real 37mm military/police smoke.

I wouldn't get the CS stuff because then you'll be running pretty close to violating NFA (DD laws), but sticking with straight smoke should be totally fine.

Remember, with 37mm the important thing is SIGNAL, SMOKE, PRACTICE, AND AGRICULTURE DEVICES *ONLY*.

Anything else can be considered a DD and run you into federal felony mode. Don't even point your 37mm at someone in jest, that alone could trigger DD status.

If you ever use a 37mm as an anti-personnel weapon, it becomes an NFA DD.

And certain 37mm ammo in your possession with a launcher will also make it an NFA DD.

What's really weird is that the RECEIVER for a 40mm launcher (like M79 or M203) is just a title 1 firearm which can be transferred to anyone 21 or over. In CA you would just need to fill out the 4473 and do a long gun DROS, wait 10 days, then pick it up.

Of course, you can ONLY ever put a 37mm barrel on it without paying your NFA taxes.

Also as a side note the mag would need to have some sort of a BB, could not go featureless according the AW flowchart(since it is a evil feature).
