$499 + 8.75% sales tax + $25 DROS = $567.66 OTD

Anymore left?

When I left at closing there were just over 10 left.

Kind of shocking the didn't sell out in a day...
SOPMOD = $215+
LMT lower parts kit (already assembled) $75+
Tube Spring Buffer $60+
Means your getting the lower for $150.00 and didn't have to shop for the other parts or assemble it.

If any are left after monday I will be shocked.

A complete lower without a mag lock is not an AW.

Is a complete lower with standard button semi auto??? Nope, Not an AW.
Is a complete lower with standard button centerfire??? Nope, Not an AW.

Someone can use it for a .22lr upper or a single shot/bolt action upper.
Or they can always put on a mag lock before attaching a semi auto centerfire upper.

No point in forcing them to buy something they may not need. Rifle gear doesn't do that junk.

You should stop in if you have any questions. I'm sure they could help you understand these laws better.

Thanks for the understanding because when I talked to DOJ they seemed confused.

I was told if it accepts a mag that is not locked in than its an AW even if there is no upper attached.

I think ill play it safe and find someone that sells them the other way

I think you need to learn how to read and use your own brain.
Taking advice from the DOJ...the same people that said ARs would be banned in two weeks......really????

If what they told you was true the 1000's of AR 22's and GSG's would be illegal. People would be in cuffs all over the place.

You are free to buy where ever you like but you can just as easily pick up a BB and 10 round mag and have them put it on for you if your that paranoid. :TFH:

When you find a dealer who forces you to buy a complete with a mag lock ask them if they require one for a 22lr build....
if they do they are ripping you off...
if they don't ask why the double standard...

What if you want to convert it into a featureless rifle?
There have been dealers who force people to buy and transfer stripped lowers with mag locks. THIS IS A SCAM.

When you spend more time learning about OLL's on here and really get to know how much bad info is out there.

Until then...please don't spread FUD :fud:

Hey troll, you do know that using a second profile is against forum rules, right? I know exactly what "other shop" you are talking about since 90% of your posts are either pimping them or trolling in my forum. Clean your posts out of my forum and don't come back.

what is the out the door price for the LMT Defender Lower with Collapsing Stock and Standard Trigger - $369.00.

Out the door cost on the standard M4 style lower is $426.29. The fixed-stock model would be the same out the door cost.
