BTW, Instead of everyone wanting to move to Montana...Let's push for our state to get it's legislative head out of its keyster and Make California a gun rights state as it should be.

Everything's cool except for section 5, which outlines which firearms are not protected in Montana. 5(4) "a firearm that discharges two or more projectiles with one activation of the trigger or other firing device."

If they are gonna go this far, they might as well protect FA weapons too.
