Can I? It's a person known to me. He's not disqualified from legally owning a firearms for any reason. He's got other legal weapons. The gun is off the list but has a less than ten round-mag. (it's a 1911). I'll be visiting sometime in CA or he'll visit here in Nev. Can I legally loan it to him for 30 days?

Thanks

It is legal for you (a NV resident) to loan him (a CA resident) a firearm, for temporary use in a lawful sporting purpose in the state you reside in (NV).

A) the transfer, transportation, or delivery of a firearm made to carry out a bequest of a firearm to, or an acquisition by intestate succession of a firearm by, a person who is permitted to acquire or possess a firearm under the laws of the State of his residence, and
