Hi All,

If I theorectically have a friend of a friend that wants to give another friend his AK47 that he sliced in half because he didn't register it as an assault weapon back in 1999. Can he stripped that parts rifle and attach all useful parts to a stripped AK lower that is off-list?

If so, what brands are currently available on the market these days that are considered offlist and who carries them? or who will ship to a CA ffl?

Thanks

Yes. There are many available, but I recommend Nodak. Just remember to be Federally 922r compliant as well as CA compliant.

Yes, I believe most of the Romanian G kits are this way.
