Hi everyone I've just been wondering, The wife and I have a 23' cuddy cruiser and sometimes we sleep on it for 2 to 3 nights on the lake. So what if you are on the lake in your boat can you carry loadedof concealed in the birth? Neither of us have a CCW. I know the regulations for vehicles but do you think this means boats? It's not specific. If I'm anchored is'nt that the same as being at a campsite?

One more, how about having a loaded handgun in your travel trailer while your driving. You don't have access to it? While traveling we stop for breaks in some unknown area's and wouold like to have the gun at the ready without having to take it out of the safe and load the ammo while sitting there having lunch in the trailer?

If this has been discussed before please give me a link.

I realized this is not legal counsel, just wanted some opinions.

Thanks.

I don't have case law or statutory law so DON'T use this as your sole source but I would suspect that a boat would be like an RV. When parked (anchored) it is a domicile. When moving it is a vehicle.
