Can Black Talons be shipped into California?

I don't see why not, there was never a law written against them. Winchester offered to pull them from civilian sales due to the media hype

You absolutely can buy Winchester SXT with Fail Safe bullets (the new name of Black Talon bullets) in California, but mail order firms are hesitant to ship ammunition to many California municipalities, including Los Angeles, so it may not be as simple as you hope depending on where you live.

As stated,you can buy SXT. They are cheaper and better than BT. Unless you want bragging rights,you can do better.
