I have been trying to get a hold of one but my unit doesnt have any. Anyone know where to purchase one in socal or where to buy one online? I of course want the mil version (dont know if there are mil or civvie versions like the ranger handbook)

FMs can be accessed through your AKO and various other places on the net.

Yeah I hate reading screens for anything that big. I would rather have it in book form helps pass long bus or plane rides. Besides, when electricity goes down and zombies invade, its good to have paperback as reference.

Get a copy on your computer..save it to a disk..head to kinko's for printing and binding :)

FM 7-8 is a great introduction to the infantry, but the Ranger Handbook is a bit more.....appropriate given the type of conflict we're in now.
