I just ordered a Les Baer Premier II .45 and now have to wait to get it. The picture is from the catalog and I will go nuts waiting for it.

You made a poor choice, I'll do you a favor and take it off your hands for the right price.

When you get, do what the user manual suggests regarding break-in period. it does make a GREAT diffierence!

Do a range report, okay?

Congratulations!

I picked up a Baer TRS, and it is one of the best investements in a tool I've ever made.

5000+ rounds and never a problem.

I bought a TRS a few months ago and have put a few thousand rounds through her. Fits my hand like a glove and sometimes I find myself wanting to sleep with her more then my girl.

Hands down my favorite handgun.

Good Choice in the Baer.

Nice. Les Baers are the best value of all the high end semi-custom 1911s. You made a great choice. Just curious though, the stock photo you attached shows a magwell. I haven't seen a P II with a magwell unless the owner added it. Did you order yours with one?

That's what I thought. It's CA legal but you can get 2 PIIs for one of those Ultimate Masters. Well, almost :)

Here is a better picture. It has a ambi safety, however mine will have just the right handed safety.

Congratulations!

I like my TRS so much, if I take a .45 to the range, it is the only one I take.

Fired off the new Custom Carry last weekend... wonderful is an understatement. It even got the wife to put down her favorite race gun- a feat.

Congratulations!

+ 1 Congrats on the Baer
I'm on my second Baer, an Ult. Master. First one I had was a used TRS. They are the best bang for the buck in the semi-custom 1911 arena.

When I ordered mine there was a six month wait. :pinch:
What is the waiting time now?
