I just reloaded some 115 grain fmj and when I finished I noticed that they looked a little short. I assume that my dies were still set up for jhp. The overall length is 1.095" using 115 grain remington fmj. Is this going to cause pressure problems?

Depends on what powder and what charge weight you used. Only you know the answer to that. If in doubt pull them and start over. Remember to always double check before you start cranking on the handle.

I used 6.5 grains of hs-6

That seems a touch short, but Im not familiar with HS6. I know a couple of guys who use that, but they're pushing the bullets fairly quick in 38 super and 9 major.

You should check Hogdon's site and see what it recommends. I normally try to load everything around 1.125 to 1.135

You may have inadvertently created some +P loads, but I doubt you will
have pressure issues.

You are more likely to have failures upon feeding them into the chamber more
than anything.

Shoot 'em up.

I have been using hs6 reloading fmjs. 6.4 grains and overall length 1.14. I'm using 124 grain projectiles though. Speer book has fmj's tested at 1.135 overall length. Max OAL is 1.169
Start charge 6.6 grains and max 7.4 grains of hs6.

Should be OK. Shoot them up.
