I'm getting some brass feeding and aligning issues, was wondering if it could be because my desk is sorta wobbly or what?
Basically alot of the times the primer rotater thing doesn't line up with the case, I have to jiggle the handle to get it to "pop" into place correctly.
That happens when I push the handle forward to place the primer in the brass pocket, and I'll feel the resistance so know the primer isn't aligned, by sometimes 1/2 the rotation. So I have to jiggle the handle a little bit, and then it will be aligned and then I can go ahead and push the handle forward.
I installed the new indicator thing dillon gave me but it puts it WAY off so I reinstalled the original.
Just wondering if anyone has had this problem.

Have you clean the machine and ensure that there ain't any powder undeneath the shell plate?
I am assuming that the crimp has been removed from the primer pockets.
have you removed the Primer feeding device and clean that area too?

Have you torn the primer feed system down recently? My 550 does this if I do and dont adjust it. Loosen the screws and try and adjust it before you tighten it down all the way

This happened to me as well. Take the shell plate off and tighten the two allen screws down below the shell plate. Happy times resume. Sammy

A wobbly bench does cause brass alignment problems, mostly at station 1 and 3 though.
At station 1, the case jumps out between the station 1 locator slide and the shellplate.
At station 3, powder shakes out during indexing.
Priming system alignment is an issue of the priming wheel being gummed up and not indexing properly.
The indexing pawl could also be bent.
Check for full primer wheel indexing stroke and bend the pawl as necesary to correct the total stroke.
If the platform has been loosened from the ram, you need the alignment tool from dillon to re-set the platform properly.
If this is not done correctly, your dies will not be aligned properly to your shellplate.

I'm wondering if the tool head is aligned correctly. Dillon diagnosed a similar problem for me and sent me a re-alignment tool so that I could align the tool head and relieve me of a similar problem. Another thing you need do occasionally is swap out all of your springs. The primer station has one or two springs that wear out occasionally (the primer arm return that advances the primer disk and the primer keeper spring that keeps the shell in the shell holder on stage 2). They do eventually wear out. I'd order those springs from Dillon and change em out.
