This is very interesting, especially the part where Gillian St. Lawrence joined the law suit because the gun she wanted to register was rejected by D.C. because it's not listed on California's list of approved guns.
All you lawyer types out there, how much mileage could we get on this if the feds tell D.C. that's unconstitutional ? I'm thinking California should be sweating bullets about now because Alan Gura and the crew will effectively be attacking the safe gun roster.
