So taking my AR out tonight to add more crap and I realized that I am a total fashion victem. I dont even have optics on it yet and the damn thing is heavier than hell and looking at it gives me a flashback to an eighties movie named "Goonies" to a character named "Data". Booby twaps!
Looking it over it pretty much needs a digi camo'd paint job and I could put a name tag of "Bubba" on. Thats right... I bubba'd out my AR. Even more embarressing, I wouldnt ever want to take this thing in combat in the real world. Thing weighs a ton and thought, "if i ever get deployed to a hell hole, what would I want on an m4?" Only thing to come to mind personally is a surefire. Now I've never been to the sand box so I cant say I need more at this point but is the GPS, Microwave oven, and boom box really needed on todays battle field? Now Im exagerating with those but seriously. I think we need a support group to keep each other from looking like the ,"dont worry sir, Im from the internet." fat kid. :D

Ay no mames guey... :D

No but seriously, there is nothing wrong with having all that stuff on your rifle if you think that you will ever need it. Best to have it now than not have it when you need it. And read my signature by Tankerman.... LOL..

you want to see duct tape being used. we had to do MOUT with the damn muskets last month and during the night raid, I had duct tape on me and we all duct taped our surefires on the fore arms of the muskets. It was funny!

I've never seen a shotgun attached to an AR like yours. How does it work? :D
