National park Open Carry

Just wondering, there is all kinds of "federal enclaves" called national parks or national recreation areas in California. All of these have a strict "must be made inoperable" type law in 36 CFR. With the heller ruling, couldn't we fight this law and open up the federal lands across the nation to open carry?

You're right, it seems as if a SCOTUS decision that applies to federal properties should apply to ALL federal properties.

Heller only dealt with home carry so OC in public hasn't been firmly established (but we know it is coming).

And yes the Nat. Parks rule is ripe for an open carry challenge as well as the fed school zone law.
