I have a Para P-12.45 and a P-13.45 that were purchased before the 10-round mag law, so they are legal for me - the original owner to have.

But if I sell either one, can the Hi Cap mags legally go with the gun?

I would guess not, but wanted to check.

TIA!

No and yes. No you cannot legally sell, trade, give, make, lend any mag that holds more than 10 rounds. Yes as you can sell stripped mags as kits so the new owner can modify mags to hold no more than 10 rounds.

Or, to make 10 round or less mags out of. So, the purchaser could take possession of them and use the parts to manufacture 10 round or less mags.

Last time I sold a hand gun , the store I did the transfer at only kept the gun for the waiting period, no mags or accessories. How much do you want for the P-12:thumbsup:

He could take possession of the disassembled parts, but not the assembled magazines.

How much do you want for the P-12

Unless said buyer is a Peace Officer, which then he/she can have the hi caps. Otherwise, you cannot sell them to any non exempted citizens. However, as others have stated, you can disassemble them. What the buyer does with them afterward is none of your concern.. It will be on his hyde, not yours.
