I don't mean to :beatdeadhorse5: I've asked a few members about this topic already. I would like to know if anyone is aware that Sig has in production a stainless (non "Elite" series) P220. From what I understand the P220ST is no longer in production. A local shop in Ventura has several NIB stainless P220's for sale, it wasn't the P220 Elite Stainless nor the P220ST. It presented with a dull stainless finish (both frame & slide). It had the heft of a stainless handgun. On the blue sig box the label spelled out "P220 stainless" But no where on the handgun was "P220ST" stamped on it. The dealer said he ordered a stainless P220 and this is was the sig rep sent him. He said that the P220ST was discontinued and that sig brought back a stainless version just for California. I've sent sig an e-mail inquiring....still waiting for a response... Sig doesn't have this model listed on their website neither.

I have a P220 stainless (non Elite) I bought a few months ago(November?? production), stainless slide/stainless frame, external extractor. It does NOT say stainless, or have ST stamped on the slide, but is marked P220 SSS on the box. Fantastic gun, buy it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some say P220 Stainless and some say P220 ST on the slide.
