Has anyone else received their Turners Ad in your email?

I kept scrolling down thinking i was missing something.... Im talking about the lack of GUNS in the ad.... when then say:

"Discounted Guns on sale. Over 450 Handguns, Rifles and Shotguns" Where are these at? the past 2 trips there to 2 different locations MAYBE had 15 handguns between them LOL

"450 handguns, rifles and shotguns" may mean 15 handguns and 435 rifles and shotguns.

But yah, I saw that add as well. Hard to have sales on firearms, when you can't get inventory to sell.

Their ad also usually has 3-4 handguns that are specifically listed as being on sale or advertised. No such luck this time. I bet they just couldn't get a large enough supply.

Not 100% on target... you can get a decent deal at Turners once in a while. But not very often.

Walmart? Maybe closing shop on ammo, but closing shop completely, I doubt it. Aren't they too big to fail anyway? Wouldn't the government step in to bail them out?:rolleyes:

Everything is selling out, and getting new inventory is on backorder from what I've heard

I was in the Reseda store the other day. 8 handguns in the case including 2 Vaquero SAs, 1 Desert Eagle and one of those huge S & W 12" barrel things (460, I think). Really disappointed, I was in the mood to buy something and didn't realize what has happened in the past few months. This was definitely a "Change you can believe in".

I know, it was sorta tongue in cheek statement. I've found a few fair deals at Turners, depending on location.

Walmart is closing some stores that are not profitable. Downsizing would be the better term.

The Long Beach Fishing Show starts next Wednesday. This whole next week is about fishing not guns. You can't believe how much merchandise they move at the show. I am surprised they put any gun stuff in this weeks ad at all.
