Sheesh - this CA scheme is being assimilated in DC!

Congress should take action to preempt DC on this - see commentary below with action item for everybody to email their Congress people:

SNIP

No right to arms, no vote in Congress!

. . .

It's time Congress put its foot down and preempt the DC City Council on gun control. In almost every state, cities are preempted when it comes to gun control. DC is America's city and all Americans deserve their gun rights in DC too.

This has been discussed here a number of times. A search for DC and Roster should find you all the threads you need.

I wonder if the work being done to kill the roster in CA will effect DC.

Actually, I find a little poetic justice coming around the corner.

While DC warms up to our laws.

Bwiese, Hoffmang and other talented folk are punching huge holes in them.

I'm sorry, but.

:whistling:

:rofl2::rofl::laugh::smilielol5:

You got to wonder if one day they'll wake up and realize they were sold sour grapes.

As I've said in other threads.... Don't throw us into that brier patch!

This is a blessing in disguise.

NeRf's in DC!

DC needs WAY more than NeRFs. 3 year renewals for permits to own etc. is a much higher priority but..... I'm sure that killing the roster (or making it a list of unsafe guns and assuming all others are safe ;) ) will be quite welcome.

I've only picked up snippets and bits about this.... but unless I've put them together in my head completely wrong, this is huge.

Yep, get the SCOTUS to rule that the roster is an illegal restriction in DC and watch the fur fly.

So now that they plagiarized our laws do we get a kickback. Ca spent a lot of my money on these BS inspections and I want some back.

Maybe we can get it classified as a C & R? ;)

Sounds like about the best way that this could go, first they took a losing battle all the way to SCOTUS, and now they are taking our list right to court, if I didn't already know how incompetent liberals tend to be I would think that there was a plant in DC secretly working to protect the second amendment.

:rofl2:

And if it was useful enough in a lawsuit he'd be in, too. :D

Fine by me. That would be the best use of my money California has managed so far.
