Question: Don't see this on the CA Roster. So PPT would be a requirement, correct?
OTOH, I see this model on the exempt list: HIGH STANDARD MILITARY VICTOR .22 LR http://ag.ca.gov/firearms/forms/pdf/op.pdf

Have always wanted a High Standard...:helpsmilie:

Bump for a great .22 target pistol.

I have the Colt Woodsman Match Target, the S & W 41, the Browning Medalist, and High Standard Victor. Of these the Victor is the best, and this is a great price.

Yes it is on the exempt list.

So everyone is clear- YES this gun can be legally transferred to the new owner at a class 01/02 ffl, via PPT. Yes a legal transfer is REQUIRED if you wish to buy it. I will travel a radius of 150 miles to put it on the counter so the transfer can be completed within the law.

Heres a chance to acquire one, and this is NOT model Military Victor as it is stamped as follows: THE VICTOR. From the pictures I have seen, model Miltary Victor has an exposed round barrel as opposed to the slabside I am offering.
Thank you
