Having a die made is like having a rubber stamp made, it is meant to be used multiple times. If you only want one traditional sticker it will be cut with an xacto blade by hand. If you are talking about vinyl graphics or something extremely complicated, a machine called a plotter can get you what you want.

If its one off and smaller, go to the mall for those kiosks.

I have a vinyl cutter (die cut) 24" wide. I really only like dealing in some sort of quantity, as people usually freak out on the cost for a one off. Those guys at the mall are your best bet, they are sitting around WAITING to do your one sticker.
