I have a Yugo 59/66A1 bought at Big 5. Welded muzzle break replacing Grenade launcher. 922r compliance parts , Tapco 10/20 fixed mag., Tapco operating rod, and the adjustable stock is pinned. Is it legal?

You don't need to pin the stock unless you don't meet the 30" OAL requirement otherwise (shouldn't be a problem with the 59/66).

What about 922r? Wouldn’t that apply here?

Oops… OP already mentioned 922r:o… my brain is fried from midterms right now. I really should just keep my mouth shut until I have recovered.
