Brand new unfired been sitting in my safe for 15 years, comes with one 10/15 mag, other 10/30, and 10/15 mags avaiable to buyer. Buyer to pay transfer fees , would like to transfer at hunters supply in salinas.

Doesn't matter; it is perfectly legal in CA as is. Look at the configuration and note that it is no different than an average Glock; that is NOT a flash hider or barrel shroud, the barrel is NOT threaded, there is NO foregrip (that little nib is not considered a foregrip and it doesn't protrude conspicuously below the trigger guard), and the mags load in the grip NOT in a well in front of the trigger guard.

Doesn't have to be a vertical grip. The phrasing in the law is "a second handgrip". Not to be nit-picky, but I don't want people getting in trouble over this...
