I would want to know more about the "default" taken against the Georgia Gun Store in the New York case before I started celebrating Bloomberg's well deserved comeuppance. Judge Weinstein is the judge in the NY case. He is about as egregious an example of an out of control anti-gun judge with an agenda as you are likely to find.

This joke Bloomberg is strong opponent of the 2A, thus he is in favor of stripping people of the right to defend themselves. My guess is the mayor has armed bodyguards who protect him. I wonder how the mayor would feel about protecting himself if he were an average law-abiding citizen who could not afford armed bodyguards.

Bloomberg is no different than these politicians in Sacramento who fight to strip the rights of gun owners, yet have CCW permits for their own use. They are hypocrites and nothing more.
