Californiafirefighter.com has been working extensivly with Garret at Arclight Media (http://www.arclightmedia.com) and have been very happy with their website designs.

If you check out their site, there is quite a lot of sample websites he has put together.

It's stickied to cause confusion. I thought it was obvious since there's not really information in it. Besides, "Web Developer" can mean any range of things involving any combination of skills.
