Chevy Vortec 4.3L v6 rebuilt less than 1000 mile and dynoed @ 275hp. Stock ECU (computer) and wire harness
A little history, I bought this motor about a year ago from a college auto tech teacher it was pulled from a 94 S-10 blazer, rebuilt, than reinstalled. The motor was too much for the tired tranny and fried it so it was pulled again. Thatís when I bought it. I had a dyno read out but lost it during a move.
Comes with all the accessories and stock motor mounts to drop in a car, truck, jeep, whatever. I was going to install it in to a baja bug but have decided to stick with an air cooled motor instead.

If its a 4.3 ( which form the pics it looks to be a 1994-1996 maybe 97 vortec) no you cant use it with a 2.8 transmission. i think advanced adapters makes a adapter but youre better off getting a 700r4 that will bolt to a 4.3 the 2.8 700r4 is too weak for any real power. especially if the motor makes the power the seller states. the stock 4.3 with 190 HP will smoke the 2.8 trans. you can get a 700r4 out of a 1989 or newer full size truck or another blazer. Some of the blazers have the TV cable bracket with the location for a TV cable the nwere ones dont. My 95 has the square cut out. i think its just a leftover part in the parts bin so GM said use it till we run out.

You can upgrade to the 3.4 and all your stuff form the 2.8 will swap over.

How complete is the harness and electrical and injection? Does smog equipment come with it?

The harness has all the connectors that plug into the motor. The only thing that is missing is the fuse/relay block the usually sits on the fender under the hood. If your dropping it in another S-10 blazer you can just use the one already there. If you using it for anything else your probably going to cut wires out and will need a get a different one any way. I dont have any smog equipment because i was going to use it in a baja bug and didnt need smog
