Hurry limited stock on hand! :hurray:

These have gotten somewhat difficult to find stateside and even overseas as of lately.

These stocks will fit without any modification and will still be compliant with CA minimum OAL of 26 inches using the slider. The CA B&T side folder for those of you who live in a state were 25.25" folded is legal. Or you can pin the folder open if you want to use it for California.

Classic Army MP5 RIS (Hong Kong) is rock solid and receiving rave reviews by their owners. Can't compare to the other one out their for less. Heck even that seller of the China made one has converted over to selling this same Classic Army RIS and "premodding" them for $125. Do it yourself and save $$$.

$68 for the rear stock local pick up or add another $10 to ship.
$80 for the MP5 RIS foregrip local pick up or add another $10 to ship

Last of inventory special!

Purchase both the rear folding stock and the MP5 RIS foregrip for $150 shipped.

UPDATE:

Thanks again to all the previous buyers!
Last slider and one RIS pending payment to AceGunnr - Thanks! :punk:

Inventory Update:05/31/09

1 x Classic Army Side folding stock (B&T logo)
1 x Classic Army MP5 RIS full metal foregrips - non modded, but save yourself $25 and do it yourself!

The MP5 in the picture is airsoft and the vest, boonie are not part of the sale.

That is terrible that some sellers will take advantage of a market. But, hey there is always a buyer for something in demand...

With that in mind, I am down to my last one. Three sold pending funds.

I will try to get more if there is interest. I know there is an ebay seller asking almost $95 shipped! I will also be trying to get the Classic Army RIS foregrip in if there any interest as well.

Many thanks for all the inquiries and purchases!

Edit: Down to my last two as of 11:53 pm. Hurry! These won't last.

Thank you to everyone for your trust and purchases!
When you get a moment after you receive your stocks, could you please leave a buyer's feedback here iTrader @ Calguns (http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/itrader.php?u=11803)

Lastly, how about posting up a picture of your GSG with the slider mounted up too?

Down to my last one, but it is being auctioned on eBay right now. Anyone else interested or missed this post to buy? I may be able to get my hands on a few more if there is interest.

Edit: TWO more left. A local buyer changes his mind. So there is one more up for sale! LMK if interested.

Sorry everyone,

I just bought the remaining inventory from my wholesaler in Hong Kong so I should be receiving 15 more of these stocks by Thursday the 26th as well as two CA B&T side folders for those of you who live in a state were 25.25" folded is legal. Or you can pin the folder open if you want one for California legal.

Still no ETA on the CA RIS foregrips yet.

Get your name on the list if you want one of these difficult to find sliding stocks. I have been seeing sellers on eBay asking $120 plus shipping for the same stock! Crazy!

Thanks again to all the previous buyers who got my first shipment!

My shipment arrived yesterday afternoon! :hurray:

I bought out all the ones my wholesaler had in stock, he tells me it could be at least another month before any more become available.

I can ship out Thursday and Friday this week as I am off from my day job. I will send payment instructions via PM or email to those who made an inquiry.

What I have currently on hand:
15 x Classic Army A173M Full metal sliding MP5 stocks
2 x Classic Army A189P B&T logo side folding MP5 stock (not CA legal unless pinned in open position, buyer's responsiblity to check local laws before installing)

I have the RIS foregrips still on back order. That may be one of those items not available until middle of next month.

Many thanks for everyone's interest. :D

I have the side folder pinned on mine. Being I had both available, I tried both on the gun range and "personally", I like the side folder better. Reason is the folding stocks lines follow the full buttstock more closely and thus the cheek weld is more natural position than that on the straight arms of the slider.

Secondly, the slider even when fully extended is about an inch shorter than the side folder which is the same length as the full buttstock.

But like anything, your actually mileage will vary and my findings are my own opinions. :)

Toybiz, so when you say all metal except for the end buttcap... do you mean that part that actually mounts onto the receiver?

I bought one of the sliding stocks from you and had some questions.

1) There was some extra hardware in the package with the stock. What is this used for?

2) When I pull the stock all the way out sometimes it just pulls all of the way off the rifle. How do I fix this?

Thanks!

toybiz
03-15-2009, 7:16 AM
Hey Tenbrook,

Thanks again for the purchase. The hardware in the small ziplock bag consists of three parts: rear sling bracket, a V-shaped metal tang, and a black plastic lever.

The rear sling bracket can be used on the GSG, you have to hook it into the two holes on the left side of the metal receiver cup before sliding the end cap completely on. The sling bracket will be angled forward to the end hooks will be "captured" in between the end cap and rear of the receiver.

Unfortunately, none of the sliding stocks including the one from GSG do not incorporate any stock end stops (which are those two other pieces used in airsoft guns) so the stock will come completely off if slid past the last stop notch.

Interesting how the end stops are incorporated in an airsoft gun, but not a real steel.

Hey fellas,

There have been a few PMs I sent last Wednesday evening and I have not heard back. No problem, if you don't want the sliding stock now, I just need to know, because I have a few contingent buyers.

Sorry to come off so pushy, but there are other members who say they want the stocks as well, but I am holding them for someone else. But to be fair to anyone here who asked first, I told them, that I will give it until Midnight of Monday the 16th to decide then the stock become up for grabs. :willy_nilly:

These have gotten somewhat difficult to find stateside and even overseas as of lately. There are still some USA sellers that feel they can charge over $90 plus shipping for the stocks!

Inventory update:
6 x Classic Army MP5 sliding stocks
1 x Classic Army B&T folding stock
2 x Classic Army MP5 RIS foregrip

I have these back on hand and if anyone is looking for one locally in the SF Bay Area or willing to cover shipping drop me a line.

http://airsoftvanguard.com/files/full/305_1

These sliding stocks will fit without any modification and will still be compliant with CA minimum OAL of 26 inches. The side folder will make your GSG carbine a bit shorter than 26 inches, so it would have to pinned open or use your own judgement.

$68 local pick up or add another $10 to ship in the lower 48 states.

I also got in two Classic Army MP5 RIS foregrips in too. $80 local pick up or add another $10 to ship in the lower 48 states. These are not pre-modified to fit onto the GSG5 like another seller on the internet, but these are also over $20 less too! :hurray:

You can see how easy it is to modify to fit onto the GSG5

http://i325.photobucket.com/albums/k362/GSG5Host3/airsoftforearms/ca_collar_cuts1.jpg
Grind/dremel a little bit on both sides of the collar
http://i325.photobucket.com/albums/k362/GSG5Host3/airsoftforearms/ca_collar_fit.jpg
This is how it looks when fitted to the GSG5 receiver. You will need to find a shorter replacement lock screw for the barrel breach to clear the RIS collar, should be simple local hardware store item.

Happy Holidays to everyone.

I have not been active because it looked like a lot of other sellers were flooding eBay with China or Korean copies of the sliding stocks for the GSG5.

However, my wholesaler in Hong Kong has asked me if I still want any more Classic Army Sliding stocks and RIS rails. I can stil get them but would like to get a sense of how many people are interested before I import a bunch again. Lead time will be about 2 weeks.

If you are local to me near San Leandro or Pleasanton/Livermore area you can save some $$ on shipping and we can meet up in person.

Post up if you have any interest in a sliding stock. $68 in person.

As far as will it fit onto a CA94, I am told that it will not as the fit would be too loose. Some GSG5 owners have been taking the real HK stock and filing/dremeling/sanding them to fit onto the GSG5.

So I don't think you can add material and it be stable on a CA94. Someone correct me if I am wrong, since I do not have any first hand experience. I have been (and to some degree still am) an airsoft dealer for the past 7 years.
