If your a California resident visiting Nevada and you wish to sell your handgun while your there, what hoops do you have to jump through?

Since Nevada law says its legal to sell person to person without the DROS, waiting period or use of an FFL, is it legal to sell and hand over a handgun to a Nevada resident even if your not a Nevada resident?

Knowing the way things work, I would assume this would not be legal just because. But im really curious anyway....and if anyone has any links to written law regarding this one way or another, I would appreciate it....

It must go through an FFL in Nevada. Hadgun transfers across state lines need to go through a dealer (with exceptions for those inhereted, but I doubt it applies here).

Nope.

Federal law forbids you from transfering a gun to somebody who isn't a resident of your State, unless you go through an FFL.
