Are berdan primed cases reloadable?
Kind of but they are generally viewed as not worth the hassle. Because they have 2 flash holes offset to either side in the bottom of the case you cannot decap them conventionally, you will need a berdan primer decapping tool. While I personally have never used one I have heard that they do work but it is a bit of a pain in the ***. Once you get them decapped you will need some Berdan primers to go back together with, they are of a slightly different dimension than the boxer style of primers and typically they are not what I would call readily available. All these things combine to put them into the "more hassle than they are worth" catagory. If I were to do it I would go through the added work of reloading them and then just put them away for your Armagedon ammo, for when it really hits the fan. Regular brass is cheap enough that you can have plenty of it on hand for your regular shooting and reloading needs.
