A bit rough, but I've seen showcars built out of less. Good luck with your sale, I'm a dyed in wool Ford guy so no chebys for me. :43:

what do you mean by built out of less? I've scoped around and any 1957 Bel Air show car will run you a good 50k, especially with matching numbers. Yeah I hope I can get rid of this before I start spring semester.

yea but theyre 2 doors. Our 56 2door post frame off is only worth 40k maybe in todays times. Good luck

Yeah I hear two doors bring up the value, don't know why though, thanks!

Overhaulin, a show on TLC where Chip Foose and his guys take the car and do a COMPLETE restoration on it for the show.

Just googled it, damn I need cable. I wonder what the chances are of my car getting fixed, I still would have to park it in the street and I wouldn't feel safe parking it where I live.

Have a family member watch an episode, and hint to them you'd love it if your Bel Air was "Overhauled."

Wow dude, you could have atleast cleaned the rat crap off the intake before taking the picture!

Seriously though, good luck with your sale. 4dr hardtops are a bit more rare than the average 4dr. You should take it to Long Beach Veterans stadium when they have the classic car swapmeet every month. Granted, you'll need a trailer, but it might be worth it. Post pics of all the trim and related parts especially for the doors and such. Not as much reproduction parts available for this model.

It would be mine if it was a 2dr 210.

You might make more money parting it out. Any chrome?

Both bumpers included, I would rather sell it all together though.

What exactly is a partial title?

strangerdude
01-19-2009, 10:06 PM
My uncle bought the car and has the title under his name but he never registered it, so it hasn't had tags in years. It's labeled as partial.

4 doors..............that would make a nice restored police cruiser.
