Does anyone have any experience hunting at san jacinto. It is going to be my first hunt there in two weeks.

Hunt big open water if it fair weather. Hunt tulle patches if its stormy or windy.
Do some exploring mid-day so you know where to go next time....There is no sub for experience.....It will take a season or two of regular hunting to know the ropes.
Nobody is going to give up their spots.......it just takes to much work to give that info away. So get working

Good Luck

I think Tom is still the DFG manager out there and he is very helpful so don't be afraid to ask and he will put you in the best spot that's still available. Good luck
