NO LONGER AVAILABLE - TRADED

Marshall JCM2000 DSL-50 all-tube head. Very low time on it, all stock, includes foot switch, with Marshall 1960AV "Vintage" slanted 4x12 cabinet. The cabinet features four Celestion Vintage-30s.

Here is some sales fluff:

Powered by specially matched Svetlana EL34 power valves, the JCM2000s feature a channel-switching design that yields sounds that range from "session" clean through ultra-high-gain crunch. The JCM2000 Dual Super Lead heads have two channels - Classic and Ultra-Gain - each with a mode switch that alters their respective gain structures across the entire tonal spectrum. Channel switching can be done from either the front panel or a remote footswitch.

Features:
Deep Switch
Tone Shift Switch
Individual Reverb controls for each channel
Effects Loop

Quote:
"I can look anyone in the eye and honestly say that the JCM2000 Dual Super Lead range provides guitarists with virtually any amp sound from un-Marshall 'Nashville clean' to jaw-dropping hi-gain crunch." stated Nick Bowcott, Product Manager, Marshall Amplifiers. "I believe these heads are destined to take their place with the other great Marshall amplifiers like the JTM 45, Plexi Super Lead and the 1962 Bluesbreaker."

The amp is in excellent condition. I bought it a little over a year ago for $2200 total when I joined a band, did three rehearsals, realized I'm not the hard-rock band type (anymore), and it is now taking up a great amount of space in my house.

So, since guns are much smaller, I'm entertaining trades. Just about anything, really so throw stuff out there, although I especially interested in revolvers of the cowboy persuasion at the moment. I'm located in Oroville, CA and would prefer to transfer through a local dealer. I would also be willing to take $1250 O.B.O., if someone wanted to buy it outright.
To see a video of the same amp (not THE amp, the the same model) with a lesser cabinet (the 'Vintage' has a thicker tone... more Hendrixy), check here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MeJ98sY0VCA

Thanks,
Tim

Nobody wants to rattle their windows? (and everything else in the house)

It actually came back home. Bump in case anyone is interested, otherwise I think I'll wrap it and store in a few weeks.

BTT. OK, I lied. I haven't given up yet. Anybody? I'd even take multiple dull, drab, boring guns without a wow factor. Even revolvers! Nobody wants to be a rock star?

BTT. Even open to trade for non-gun stuff. Played it today and still love the tone, it's just too freakin' big to be left in my den when there are already acoustic, bass, and a smaller guitar amp in there. It's gotta go!

Does it go to 11?

Sorry... this one only goes to 10. It's so loud though, I can't get it past 3-4 on either channel in the house. I bet a fine-point sharpie could redo the 10s to 11s though ;)
