Hi,

Since King's is no longer around can you guy's recommend a local source in the San Fernando Valley area for a rubber bushing for a Limited 1911 gun cambered in 40 S&W. It is the one that is on the rod and spring.

Or a reputable 1911 smith that can change it?

TIA,

ASR

Are you talking about recoil buffers (http://www.midwayusa.com/eproductpage.exe/showproduct?saleitemid=531663)?

If so they are cheap and easy to replace.

King's is still around, they just go under the King's Gun Armory name for the retail store. King's Gun Works makes the parts.

But seriously. A smith for a recoil buffer change?

LMAO. I missed that. I hope the OP wasn't serious.

Wilson Combat SHOK-BUFF. About a buck apiece.
