Im a newbie at this..so please forgive me if I might have missed something..

The Kasler v. Lockyer Assault Weapon List has the PWA "All Models" banned.

But In 2001, a California Supreme Court Decision (Harrott vs. County of Kings) clarified that SB23 could not ban AR15/AK47s by series, but must ban them by specific make and model number.

So with the above decision, are all PWA lowers still banned?

Possesion of a PWA lower is a defendable case but not really recommended conduct.

We don't need to fight son-of-Harrott about "subseries".

i have wondered about the ones listed in the p.c, if it was a defendable or not.

+1. I'd stay clear of them anyways to prevent one bad case ruling resulting from such a lower spoiling the OLL fun for everyone here. If you're looking for a lower, just get one that is truly off-list by make and model.

I'm buying truly OLL's, but was just curious after reading some of the rulings...but thank you for your input..
