Guys...Not looking for legal advice for someone whose firearms I took possession of, but has anyone had any experience or knowledge about the following scenario:
Older guy....has a lousy neighbor. Mutual property damage and nuisance kind of stuff betwen them leads to the guy busting out the windows on a travel trailer on the neighbors property. He had a TRO against him right away....I (an FFL holder) lock up the weapons. He has to pay $1400 in restitution, 160 hours community service and non-reporting probation...all charged under vandalism.
So...the question is...what kind of time span needs to pass before he could be eligible for restoration of firearms rights in CA?
Any thoughts or personal experiences in this area? Thanks....Al B.
