Well my diesel truck finally after 207,000 plus miles had to go to the ford shop for some repairs. The computer and a sensor for the intake went out.

So why is this sad you may ask.. Well I had to sell a New complete OLL.

Magpul mil-spec ctr
Double star LPK
prince 50
Magpul p-mag 10/20
KNS pins
Mil-spec tube
Yankee Hill extended take down pins
Magpul miad grip
OLL

And a brand new Kimber warrior II with new wilson mags and 400 rounds of 45 ammo.

Got my head taken off but I had to have fast money. At least this way it doesn't take away from the family Christmas funds.

Poor me.

Man I had some trade in the kimber but hold your breath.

I sold them both for $1,050 dollars.

I know. I know. I know. But I needed fast money. I could have sold the complete lower on gunbroker and made a lot more.

But again the payment is due tomorrow and I needed the rest of the money.

At least I know the guys at the gun store and they are great guys.

Missisippi,

To bad we didn't know each other, I work in Ford Parts. But San Diego.

I could have traded out the parts, maybe you could have done better.

I know I could have.:D

you and me together bro....i just fixed my car last week $660 and i gotta get new tires plus i gotta fix the control arm bushings (BMW) all my cash is flying away. BMWs are expensive to fix especially for a 23 year old personal trainer in college. if i didnt have to fix this damn thing i woulda had my AK and Tactical Remington 870 shotgun that was for sale in the sales section here. i would never sell my AR though even if i had to walk to work

Pssh, you looked at the situation all wrong. Why sell your guns to fix your car when you could have used them to just jack one? Come on man, think outside of the box.

But no, I feel for you. I recently purchased a new car myself, and had to sell quite a few rifles and shotguns of my own. If I had a hand with two fingers, I could count all the firearms I currently own on one hand.

I dont think it was a sad day. Your family and car came first. Nothing wrong with that. You can always get another gun.

It's just stuff, bro. We all love guns, but they're just tools.

Well I broke down in San Jose. If it had been Oakland that would have been different.;)

Don't feel too bad. I had to pay my Lexus dealer $2,300 for service on my car. They charge too much, not only for the parts but for LABOR....

Too bad you did not ask here if anyone could help you fix it...

You sold it too cheap and if you sold it to me I would feel bad for you...

Your a good guy taking care of family and such. :)
