Is the Century Arms C91 (G3/CETME clone) legal in ca? I tried to go to the DOJ website and the CETME "sporter" is and the HK91/93 is but no mention of the C91. Can anyone shed some light on this. UPDATE i found another post that stated this model is legal in CA. Now does anyone know if this is more on the HK family or CETME family. Thanks

You JUST answered your own question.
The CETME "sporter" is listed. It is banned.
The H&K 91/93 is listed. They are banned.
The Century Arms C91 is not listed. It is not banned.
As long as you follow all other laws you will be fine. Just be sure, since it's a century, the words "CETME" and "sporter" are not found anywhere on it.

The MARS CETME Sporter is banned. MARS is the Spanish company that originally made the CETME.
The Century Sporter is not banned.

Yes, it's legal. I bought a bare receiver at the cow palace show years ago.
